Dear Team,
My name is Girish and I am working as project manager for one of the reputed companies, and recently I got ported to Airtel from Vodafone.
The main reason why i ported my number was because of the attractive plan which says - "Infinity Plan" with a 549 rental where in you get 7gb, 4g data for a month and unlimited national and std outgoing free, along with 100 sms per day and incoming free while roaming.
However, now i am checking my plan and it says its only 3gb of 4g data and it's really annoying, I call the customer care and spoke to Rohini and that girl simply says no you are not eligible for this and even after repeatedly explaining her the scenario, - then she puts me on a pause and then say no nothing can be done.
Later on again i will call to the customer care and i see this guy Pankaj trying to answer my queries and after explaining him the whole scenario he gives me the interaction id and says somebody is going to look into my queries.

Guys i was with Vodafone for 10 years and never had such a scenario, i think i made a BIG MISTAKE by opting AIRTEL!!
Please see to that my hopes are not shattered and i get what i was promised!!
