Airtel — about airtel prepaid 4g

I am complaining to airtel since 2017 for 4g internet speed and voice quality. They always give the link of open-network page. On open-network, it shows excellent 4g and voice quality but in reality it is very very very slow and frustrating. I can't even search anything on google. They are taking full recharge money and giving speed slower then even 2g. I everyday complain then on twitter also. They just say in future they will plan something and give the link of open-network. Airtel should eat open-network and just put their company and tower on fire. They just show off and boast on tv ads that they are the fastest. Airtel should show their ads only in mumbai as they have good network only in mumbai. Fake ads and fake company. Cheating with customers. I saw that lakhs of people complain about airtel everyday and there is no response. Airtel is just getting customer because ookla said that airtel 4g is the fastest.
