Airtel — about coupons

I have received 50 coupons value of 2000 when i pay bill 50 rs automatically deducted from my bill but this month i didn't able to use coupons and i have registered so many times complaint in airtel but they didn't want to solve problem and giving me illogical reasons iam fed up of this it's almost 25 days gone but no response from airlel please do something about this problem

No response from airtel i have sending you the msg screenshot which i received from airtel but after using of 13'coupons now iam not able to use rest 27 coupons should i take legal action against them
