I have recharged my airtel digital tv account for the past two months and have received my confirmation message as well. But the tv still shows error code 6 even after recharging for 2 times. Thus i had to call the customer service and the ladies who pick the calls speak utter unrelated stuffs like technical error etc. My question is how can my tv alone have a technical error for 60 days? I just switched to airtel very recently but the service is as bad as my old dth provider. I hope
