Airtel — About mobile no. [protected] prepaid 2G unlimited internet data plan

I received a message that Recharge your mob. no. [protected] with RS 296 unlimited 2G internet valid 28 days. Then i recharge with RS296 validity till 30 August 2015. But now i cannot browsing due to my DATA balance is 00 MB.Then i call to airtel they said me that you have 00MB data balance. Thus i cheated by Airtel offer.
