I am dhanasekaran from chennai i have applied broad connection at dec 2016 last week but my request is rejected bcoz there is no feasability in my area, after that i have applied for refund of my installation charges but still today 02.03.2017 i didnt get any refund if ask customer care they told me you have to wait there is no exact date of refumd still i call daily customer care they told me daily there is in process
friends i request you pls dont take any new connection or sim in airtel network
