Subject: About unfair policies your company opts about me
Sir/Madam,
I've been polite a number of times, please excuse yourselves for forcing me to type like this.
This network provider is not giving me my 3g services. I'm a airtel 3g customer from last 17 18 months and everything was going fine. But from last 6 days, they've completely stopped my 3g services. I'm having my 3g bill plan activated with more than 500 mbs remaining. Everytime I talk to their customer representative, they say that 3g services will be activated within 30 minutes but it has been 6 days. Yes, my validity is getting trimmed everyday. I've spent 13 rupees having random arguments with customer care service, but none of them resolved my issue. 13 rupees means I've spent 78 minutes in these days talking to them. Every airtel customer I know is enjoying 3g services except me. Please resolve my issue quickly or I WILL TAKE MY PETITION TO THE DISTRICT CONSUMER CELL.
I've spent my 141 rupees on this plan and I will not let this go like this.
