Hi, i have opted for MNP and it has been observed that name has been mentioned wrongly for my account. I have contacted airtel and raised a complaint. Airtel has replied me that I need to send documents for name correction. Initially I didn't accept for sending proof as mistake has happened from airtel' s end.
I have received a call from airtel appellate team and a person who calls me has promised to arrange a duplicate Bill with correct name but inorder to do so he requested me to send proof. Finally I got convinced and forwarded my proof. Later I have received a mail from the Same team stating that from the next Bill they will mention my name correctly and as per their company norms they will not provide me a Bill copy for current month with correct name.
They have cheated me by giving false commitments. I need justification and a Bill copy for FEB as I need to submit the Same to my employer. Was this information helpful? |
