Dear Sir,
I applied for Airtel 4G MNP from Aircel to Airtel. The representative Mr. A. Sheikh (Phone [protected]) visited my premises on 8.08.2015 and gave a sim bearing no.[protected]U.
The representative left with the filled form, UPC Code, and a fees of Rs. 370 and promised that the MNP process would be completed in a week.
The old connection with Aircel got terminated yesterday. However, i am unable to register to your network using the new SIM. I tried calling your customer care executive at 121 and he states that the SIM number entered in profile is different from the SIM delivered to me. Please change SIM number to[protected]U and activate my mobile no. [protected].
As a result of this error from your end, I am stuck without network now. When I call the agent who delivered the sim, they keep saying they have sent an email to your customer care for change in SIM number but still no response from your end.
As it is my official number, I hope to receive the response on urgent basis. I am stuck without network for the past 2 days. It is an horrible experience for a first time customer in your network who is going to provide you with a postpaid income on regular basis to be treated in this fashion. Due to lack of connectivity on office mobile, I am in the verge of losing my job now.
Please treat this request as urgent and resolve.
