I had lost my mobile on 19th nov and taken a new sim of same no which is still not activated. Almost 30hrs are over and i am contacting your customer care from last night but nobody is able to tell why my sim is not activated till now. Your people are having a very casual approach towards my problem. Kindly let me know what is the issue for the delay. My mobile no is [protected].

Airtel customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
( days have been past and nothing has been done till today. My sim is not activated till now. As I am on my official tour & unable to be contacted & facing huge problems due to this. Kindly suggest where else I can complain regarding the same.
