I changed my postpaid sim to prepaid sim on 4th of november 2017. Sim is activated but services are not activated. When i contacted airtel retail outlet in mathikere they told me to contact airtel cutomer care at [protected] and they told me to contact airtel outlet not airtel customer care. Both of them are playing blaming each other to activate. Its close to 20 days now. Worst customer care experience in mathikere outlet, in this outlet dont care and listen to our complaints to resolve. They dont even acknwoledge or share reference number for future reference, they afront say we cant share the complaint/reference number, then how to believe they are working? As a customer, am facing lot of issues because am using this mobile number from close to 7 years now all my aadhar or bank transactions or business deals updates used to come for this number. Several times i visited this airtel mathikere outlet but of no use.
