[Resolved] Airtel — additional amount charged even after multiple discussions!

I am adding the ref no. Of the discussion i had with one of the airtel rep - [protected]. They were supposed to minus 200 rs from my account and mentioned this will reflect in the next bill. Bill was generated and i received it in my email account and was charged the same amount i spoke to mr. Viplav he promised this will reflect in the next cycle. They expect me to call and request them again for the clarification. If you forget the previous conversation and the promise you had to pay the complete amount again Was this information helpful? Dear sir i Recharged on my airtel prepaid number [protected] and I recharged on my number 399/- (unlimited local calls and internet 84 gb (1 gb per day) for 84 days) but I am calling only airtel calls and not another company SIM please solve my problem
