[Resolved]  Airtel — airfiber cancelled - refund pending due to device return - pickup not arranged by airtel

Wifi - [protected]. The internet speed is poor and there's no connectivity 95% of the time. I'd raised a request on nov 18th and no one came to fix till 24th.
I'd cancelled services with them on nov 22nd and my refund is pend8ng because return of router and modem is pending and no one is coming to pick up the device.
I want my return else I will file a case of harresment cuz I have been raising request since the day its been installed and there is issue every now n then. I have beeb [censored]ing harassed by airtel and whole airfibre team all this while via numerous calls. I want to be compensated for all the harassment. I will sue all of you. You guys are eating my hard earned money and harassing me. Now you guys don't want to refund my money. I want refund from nov 18th as its not working. Take this [censored] away from my place.
