[Resolved]  Airtel — Airtel 4g connectivity - useless

I have been using Airtel services for years together and have always had problems with customer service. This time its regarding Airtel 4G connectivity. Though they advertise 4G like anything, nowhere in Bangalore am able to get 4G with my 4G Airtel simcard. My phone is as well LTE (4G) enabled phone and I have been using 4G services in my handset outside India with different service providers. I have raised a compliant on Oct 20th with Airtel Call centre and till today ( Dec 4) the complaint of not obtaining 4G is not resolved. I had multiple calls and emails with the service team and they just kept adding the ETA for resolving issues as 'never ending 72 hrs'. I have told them that I will register a complaint with Consumer forum, yet they told you can whatever we are looking into the issue. 2 months for just 'looking' into an issue? I know there are many like me who are suffering with not getting 4G service from Airtel. I request all to raise formal complaint with different consumer foums.
