Airtel — Airtel 5GHZ No Internet & Speed Issues

Good Morning Airtel Team,

I have been an Airtel black customer since the last 4 months and for internet I have a 200 Mbps unlimited plan, I facing the following issues.

1. Speed issues - the peak speed that I ever get is 70Mbps and while writing this email the download speed was 41 Mbps and Upload was 51 Mbps, attached a screen shot for your reference, and I did this speed test sitting next to the Airtel router. I understand, packet loss and other kind of issues and don't expect 200Mbps on Wi Fi connection, however 41 Mbps is way too low. I tried a hardwired speed test but the issue still persists.
2. Secondly, Airtel 5G never works and whenever I connect to it, I am not able to surf internet, I tried this on my Dell Vostro laptop, all my drivers are up to date and it should ideally work on it, attaching command prompt screen shot for your reference.

Request you to please look into the issue on priority.
