I recharged with rs 449 pack to get daily 1gb 4g data and calling. However with the data given i am not even able to open a single site on my mobile browser. The net speed is very slow, worse than 2g. Didn't expect this from airtel. I had been using jio before this for 9 months but never faced this problem. Disappointed! This is a bad strategy to retain customers.
Also, the ivr played on calling customer service, never takes one to the customer care executive. No matter what option one selects. Tired of trying to reach customer care executive and finally had to write it down here. Was this information helpful? |
