Even i got a message on my airtel mobile that 150 INR money deducted for something called WHATSMOB which i don't even know what is it all about and i have deactivated it immediately. Not Sure, what's wrong with Airtel services these day.

My mobile number also debited Rs 150 for activation of whatsmob, which am not even aware of. They ought to have taken consent through a message, like they have done for deactivation, instead of relying on pop ups. Furthermore, they gave option for deactivation in a message, without mentioning that the deactivation is for future and not for current debit of Rs.150. This way, they got Rs 150 which remained active for few minutes only. This sort of approach would not do any good to the company. This calls for review at higher levels in the company.
Found it today (26/05/2018) @0251am when phone not used, deduction of amount rs 35 from balance for some vas called whatsmob which i never activated. Than i deactivated it and called customer care 121 from where not able to speak to anyone.[protected].

today when i got up from bed i saw a message containing whatsmob service is activated and charged 150 rs called customer care several times finally i got them and told them about this finally when i told them to check whether i used internet on my number or not (they inform me that it was activated by internet) they refund my money back instantly this is a horrible experience i got early in the morning.
