I booked for Airtel Black (TV, Landline and Internet) through Thanks App. Airtel agent Vimalraj from Puducherry called and confirmed the request. He visited my home and confirmed that the connection is possible and then took my proofs and advised me to Rs. 3300 online. (6th September 2023) He said that the connection will be given the same day. Airtel executive came and installed the Airtel Digital TV and said that the fiber optic connection will be from a different team. Till now no one came for the Installation. I tried calling he Agent and he does not pick up the call.
Now I am getting a message from Airtel "HI, we're sorry to inform you that your new Airtel Xstream fiber installation is delayed because we've planned to go live at your location in next few days. It's only a matter of time when we will be available there. We will keep you posted on the progress. It is our priority to bring you on-board with us."
Why was this not confirmed to me when I requested for connection. After taking my money why is this information given later?
I feel cheated. I either want the connection or refund of my money immediately. Was this information helpful? |
