This is about i raised complain multiple time that Artel Xtreme remote batttery drainage issue. Remote also not working every month and when we complain about this to Airtel customer service they simply deny and ask for change remote all the time which they make me to pay 350 rs every time.
Battery remote drain so so so quick within 2 days sometime same day, i complained this to them multiple time but they dont have solution, instead of listing to me they ask me to change battery.
I complained them via calls and also opened complained via Airtel app but instead of giving proper solutions they just closed the complain without any concerned. Also they dont have any system which tracks the complain of customer and they keep switching the queries between different customer executive that makes you explain them again and again and at the end 00 results and waste of time.
I admit that their customer turnaround time is quick but without solutions it doesnt make any sense.
The PROBLEM I see here is with their hardware devices, HARDWARE IS POORLY BUILT AND NO PROPER SYNC BETWEEN REMOTE AND THE XTREME BOX. There Android box is also super super slow, sometime you will have to reset multiple time in order to see content and it takes 5-10 minutes all the time, very frustrating. When i complain about this they ask me to change the DTH box and pay for it, lol that scam.
I also complain them on Twitter but they seems doesnt care about it.
