Hello,
I am very sorry to say this, but airtel is not giving a good and immediate service to customers. I am damn bored of rising complaints against the service, which now i call it as third class.
I had changed the plan from 8mbps to 16mbps, but the modem needs to be changed to run on 16mbps. We had registered so many complaints to send the technicians. The service centre say they have assigned the technician and will look into it within 2 hours. But still that 2 hrs has not yet come even after 3-4 days.
Consider this as a very serious issue, which may lead to loss of customers good reviews. If this issue is not solved by monday i am gonna remove the airtel broadband connection and get the reviews down sharing this with others who are eager to join as airtel customers.
