I put a request for new airtel broadband connection in online and they assign it to one executive, he came and collect a sum of one thousand rupees a week ago upto now he didnt get any call or update . When i tried to call he didnt lift and switching off his mobile .

Unable to get any coverage always having signal problem, lost the sim for numbers [protected] and [protected] but not been blocked till now after making requests time and again. Whenever we visit any store the do not give any receipt for the letters and as usual do not action

I was do the net pack recharge of Rs 252/- by PAYTM on date 27 Aug 2016, 12.23 pm. Recharge id is[protected].
Paytm show recharge successfully. And amount was also deduct from my bank account.
But airtel noT credit of net pack of my mobile no. [protected].
So plz resolved my problem urgent.
