Worst airtel service in my 12+ years with airtel
I moved to new flat & requested for new broadband connection through online. When requested, got a call quickly, they checked the feasibility etc & gave the document proof & paid advance rental. Upto this it was all very quick. I was informed by the executive that in another 24hrs will get the installation & connection. Then started the trouble. Waited for 2 to 3 days. No calls from airtel representatives nor the customer care. When called for customer care, they said no issues we will escalate dont worry. Will make this request high priority, in 24 hrs our executive will call for the installation. Again after a day when called up, it was too irritated & frustrated as got the same answer. Again patiently waited for one more day. No calls. When again called customer care & asked to connect to their manager, they put the call on hold for more than 15 mins but no response. When called up again, the answer was no feasibility in your area. When asked up that most of them in the apartment uses airtel & currently the executives are coming in daily for giving connection., the reply was the technician said there is no feasibility.
If no feasibility, then how come the person raised request after me from my flat will get the connection?
This is the worst experience with airtel in my past 12+ yrs relation with airtel. I really felt annoyed & frustrated. If i speak with customer care, then they will update as not feasible. Now a days no trust on airtel, its become worst day by day. It does not give value for customer relationship. Is not the customer care to understand the situation we are upto? But always say technician will get in touch soon.
