I am also going through the same problem now, i booked a airtel
Broadband connection on 10 days ago. Executive has collected amount and from that day i haven't got any response and no calls from airtel.
I have been chasing them every day with no response. It is almost close to 2 weeks. For collecting money they came with 30 min after i asked them for new connection this is disgusting service, i guess airtel has made lot of
Money now its time to take them off the market. I even msg them that i dont need an y connection now as they are so casual that after getting full payment they did not even bothered to give a call back or settle my case. Very disappointing
