Airtel — airtel broadband not feasible in my area (malad west mumbai)

I have been trying to get an airtel broadband connection but they say that there is a feasibility issue at my location, fyi. I must mention that i am located at the well known area of mumbai "malad west" and now i feel like i am still living in 90s era that too in some rural area so that they are unable to provide me the basic internet facility. Probably they don't want to spend on stretching their lines to my location, but that is just an excuse from a brand like airtel.

I am working with a well know media network and i will surely put this on every social media platform so that other people also know about this.

My Airtel number([protected]) is temporarilly suspended for making outgoing calls.

How can i call to customer care ??? not even an emergency number ?
Please take action on this.

I have submitted all the proofs. But still its not activated.

I cannot send sms but can received.why.how can i manage it. I frequently receive sms regarding upgrade of my sim so i went to a nearby retailer shop to upgrade my sim.but my no.is unable to proceeded it as i my no.cannot undergo outgoing sms.i want to know the reason behind the said outgoing sms problem

I am not able to make calls from my airtel number. Yesterday net was not working and now the call problem. And a bigger complaint is that m having network issues with airtel. Fix this asap.
