Broadband services got disconnected on Saturday afternoon and still the issue is not resolved after 4 days and 21 calls customer care.
Spoke with multiple associates, Senior associates, Managers and none of them provided resolution.
So many promises were made like allow me sometime to get it resolved, sir, field is not answering, I'll get it resolved by tomorrow morning..
they have been providing the diversions instead of resolutions. None of the filed agents callled me and even If I called to agent who installed me, he is saying that we can only work when we the ticket assigned to me they are not even taking the ownership to resolve the issue. even the managers are assigning a different agent to and they are not even providing the alternative solutions.
Who will compensate the time taken to call them 21 times, I recharged data multiples times and will they compensate the time taken to workj on this issue, such a irresponsible customer services. Please look into this. Was this information helpful? |
