Airtel stealing money from customers in the name of Advance Rental plans and later harrassing them for payment: fixed line number [protected] . Broadband.l connection taken on 15 Jan 2017. Advance payment made on the same day for rs 4136. But after 1 month I have again got the bill for same amount. Sales executive saying it's a payment updation issue and Airtel will resolve internally. Then also I am getting OBD and collection calls daily. Threatening to disconnect the connection. Call centre agents are clueless about it. I have been calling for 10 days now. Written email on 121 email id with transaction screenshot and credit card statement to prove my point. Yet nothing is done.
After paying such a big amount, Airtel is after my life. This is theft! I am getting harrassed everyday. My work is getting interrupted.
Latest service request number is 79326708 which was supposed to be resolved by 1st March but no update yet. Was this information helpful? |
