airtel broadband charged me for wrong Billing as per plan and they changed plan without any confirmation from me.
despite registering complaint to customer care they did not taken any action. Even nodal team and appellate authority not responding to complaint.
After acceptance of mistak efrom nodal team again they continued charging for wrong plan. here is details of mail conversations.

Basis our discussion on [protected], please be informed that I have processed your request for plan change with plan Airtel-UL-PACE 999 45GB ( 16Mbps/512Kbps)COMBO Plan.

Inconvenience caused is deeply regretted.I appreciate your cooperation in this regards.
