My mobile number 994o587825 is blocked and suspended for non-payment for amount around 10k+. I wanted to know from airtel that when my credit limit is 3600rs why did your system allow to cross the limit over my credit limit. Should you have not stopped my outgoing service once i cross 3600.. So is your entire airtel system is faulty or not even capable to track a customers usage. Is airtel system is not automated. I dont understand you charging the amount more than credit limit that is set. I have been airtel customer for more than 10 years. Even customer care is not ready to register a complaint for this because already they know that its their fault not fault from customer end. Dont know still how many customers are going to fall into their trap of charging excess money. Time to wake up everyone. There are so many way that airtel follow to steal money from customers. Even before 2months airtel had activated 2 plan at a time to charge double money. Then i have call customeer care they tell me 'ok sir we will reverse in next bill cycle'. So do you expect every customer customer to find your fault and complain. Until then you can happily charge from customer hard earned money.
Never going back to airtel. Their reputation is gone.
