I got switched from other service provider to Airtel broadband + fixed landline connection on 25th August 2016 with plan 499 Rs + 49Rs pack activated for unlimited local calls, since I was switching from other network they promised that the activation of Rs. 1000 they took from me will be like a deposit amount and the same amount will be adjusted in further bills, But from Aug 25th to 10th September (15 days), the bill got generated is 1530 Rs. And for enquiry of this, I called customer care number 198, after making me wait for 16 minutes, they disconnected the call without answering any of my queries. And then after I wrote a mail to appellate.[protected]@in.airtel.com, A person by name Sachithanandhan, replied my mail saying that the bill they have generate is valid, and will take cancellation request if I’m not ok with that, I’m asking for the justification of 1530 Rs for 15Days, he is not able to answer the queries.
