I have a bitter experience with airtel customer care, i got a pre-paid airtel sim card but my sms is not working, i was told since i changed sim card it will not work for 48 hrs, which is fine but the time has passed more than 48 hrs, still sms not working. I am not able to chat as i am not getting otp as well. I am not able to reach customercare to talk to a real person, i have been to many countries and used many service operators, if i wish to pay an talk to someone who can fix my problem i must be able to be reached, but with airtel it is not possible.
