Airtel — airtel customer care irresponsible

Hi.
Iam divya iam using airtel prepaid last 8 months. But suddenly my no is suspended for documentation issue...
But without information how they deactivate my no...
Customer care is very worst they say go to airtel show room...
They are irresponsible #... They not guide me. They didn't inform anything...
Simply they say go to showroom.. #.. Iam in emergency situation that time my no not working i felt so bad about airtel
