Hi advocates team & airtel team,
Dear sir/madam,
Sub: non closed complaint number 78696638 for airtel number of [protected].
Ref : i took the airtel sim on 24th july 2017, starting onwards signals are week. I complained several times (6 times) to the customer care of airtel (If you search & hear the conversation with airtel customer voice call you will come to know that complaint), one example of complaint number is 78696638, even though i paid money for non used service. But after 3 month onwards i fed up with airtel service & shifted to the jio. When i raise the complaint no one reacted about airtel brand & service provide to the customer, but now you people are keeping sending invoice copy for non use service. It’s seriously not accepting thing.
My question to the airtel manger: will you pay the money to the customer for free.
@ advocate: we will give very important note to the advocate team, please ask the airtel people don’t use name of advocate for small & wrong things of non use service.
I hope you got the clarity why i’m not using your service.
