On 18'th oct, 17 i had initiated a top recharge on airtel website and after deduction of rs.1000 and a successful message from their website, i found out that my account did not get credited with rs. 1000 talktime.
1. I lodge a complaint with airtel on [protected]@airtel.in, to which they replied that bank would revert back the payment in 10 working days or provide us your bank statement for the entire period from 18'oct'17 till date, which i did.
2. After i didn't get refund in 10 working days i lodged a complaint in the bank, the bank after many days confirmed that transaction from citruspay was successful and had gone through.
