Airtel — airtel deducted rs. 1000 without recharging my account

On 18'th oct, 17 i had initiated a top recharge on airtel website and after deduction of rs.1000 and a successful message from their website, i found out that my account did not get credited with rs. 1000 talktime.

1. I lodge a complaint with airtel on [protected]@airtel.in, to which they replied that bank would revert back the payment in 10 working days or provide us your bank statement for the entire period from 18'oct'17 till date, which i did.
2. After i didn't get refund in 10 working days i lodged a complaint in the bank, the bank after many days confirmed that transaction from citruspay was successful and had gone through.

This means that airtel got the money but it never got reflected on my account, nor it tried to look into its system as to what happened.

Even after giving them the CitrusPay transaction ID which says the transaction was successful, still they cannot trace where the money went. They simply keep saying that there was no recharge done on that day for that amount, which is the reason why I have raised the complaint in the first place.

here is what I got from my bank, stating that transaction was successful.
