Airtel DTH service is looting the consumers. I have two connections on one id.every month I pay for both connections for same channels.On one connection all channels are displayed and on other always got disconnected because we use that connection very few.whenever we don’t use that connection ., Airtel disconnects channel’s access. Whenever we call customer care centre they tell us to pay extra charges for technician. Airtel customer care and company is harassing the consumer and collecting charges for services whatever they are not providing to the consumers.
