My Customer id [protected] . I have recharged for 390 Rupees on 30 December 2019 for 30 days of service as per the rates available. But got the alert messages saying 27-Jan 2020 will be the last service day. When called the customer care several times, got the message saying that Rs 15 has been deducted as late renewal fees on my previous recharge. This is a prepaid service and there is no concept of late payment. Above all, as soon as the expiry date, services have been stopped. As the services were stopped you cannot charge as late payment. Can you please look into the malpractice by airtel and penalty on them and bring justice to customers.
