Dear Sir,
I opted for a new Airtel Xstream Fiber Internet connection on]. I was asked to pay the amount in advance on the application for which I Immediately paid. Even after being promised for the connection on the same day, the team kept on delaying the installation everyday with some reason or other. Till date, there is no response from the team and the connection has not been installed. I request you to kindly look into the matter and get me the refund for the same.
