Airtel is continuously activating unnecessary Value added service on its own without any consent of customer in my prepaid airtel mobile number [protected] & deducting balance periodically when ever I am recharging it.
I called airtel customer care which is absolutely useless- no need to mention it, I have complained via email too, but Airtel is passing the blame on customer saying that I have activated it.
When asked about concrete proof, they are unable to produce any such.
This is the case for many customers that Airtel intentionally fraudly activating VAS & passing the blame to customer without any proof.
They are completely in denial mode . This is violation of business ethics.
I am not so dump that I wont recognize & reconcile after activating several VAS which are irrelevant for me & nothing to do with my daily life.
Therefore I need airtel to come up with the proof which shows I have done it (fact is that I have never done so) or accept the fact that it has activated it without customer permission. Was this information helpful? |
