I recide at Aurangabad (Maharashtra) am consumer of Air tel DTH since 04/02/2017 with Consumer ID [protected] I have to recharge as balance as on 02/02/2017 is Rs 9.00. Tried to recharge online, at website www.airtel.in.
It is not accepting either of my Registered telephone numbers [protected] or [protected]
When I enter my Consumer ID given above follwing message crops up "Oops ! Sorry! Your request cannot be processed. Please try again later"
This happened on 1st Mar and 2nd Mar 2017
I contacted on[protected] but no satisfactory solution was given
I am sure they would discontinue service if I fail to recharge on time
