We were sold an expensive plan by Airtel’s sales agent RICHARD which comprised of 4 postpaid numbers, 1 DTH and 1 fibre net.
Till date the DTH has not been installed and additionally, the 3 numbers are not linked to the parent number despite regular follow ups and calls to customer care.
Every time I was asked to pay outstanding amount on the child numbers and promised it will be linked in few hours of time frame.
I feel cheated and harassed by the team which has wasted my time, efforts and money.
I truly believe the Indian system will take care of this and the company should compensate me fairly not only for the extra money they charged but also for my time and fatigue. Was this information helpful? |
