Airtel — airtel is forcing customers to new dth plans

Hi sir
I am writing to you with regards to the issues which i am currently facing with my airtel dth, airtel digitaltv id [protected].. On 28-feb-2019 morning, my dth service stopped with error code 4. I called customer service and i was told that server is down and they can't check my details and asked me to call back in 1hour time. I called 2hrs later, i was told that my current plan is not valid anymore and i need to move to new plan as per trai's regulations. I understand trai advised service providers not to impose new plan until 31st march 2019, customers can choose new plan anytime before 31 march. Could you please help
