I am trying to disconnect my broadband connection of airtel vfiber due to it is not working most of the time.
I am calling past one week to take disconnection request but they are giving some or other excuses and not accepting the disconnect request.
Latest excuse is : "sir please remove the broadband account from the myairtel app, only then we can disconnect the connection"
The fact is that airtel customer can only add the account, he cannot delete any account.
These all excuse to retain the customer.
