Hello,
My number got ported to airtel postpaid on 18/11/2017, however the number is not getting activated as it is pending for tele - verification, when i visited the airtel customer relationship office in madiwala, they informed me the executive has provided me the wrong sim and hence it is not getting activated. I tried to contact the executive he was no clue where is the correct sim. My sim is incative for couple of days even after visiting the customer relations shops many times.
