Airtel — airtel (mnp) porting charges vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid charged 50 rupees

I have ported the mobile number [protected] from vodafone prepaid to airtel prepaid today (07-dec-2017) and i went to airtel store at rampur up they have given the new sim and charged 100 rupees. I asked him about the charges they said these are porting charges. I later known that its free of cost they are providing the new sim and mnp. Please take proper action on this and how can the customer know what are charges they should pay and receipts are not providing. Airtel store address 3fs complex shokat ali road rampur up 244901

What happen I want my pack back it's for 70 days ...still 35 have came to end and I got mgs that my pack will be expired ...I want it back or else I will change my network
Just have a look on images ..when I have did recharge date etc etc

I got offer saying above Rs.195 recharge i will get 50% cashback but its not credited in my account

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am the user of the above mobile number and is not geeting usage details of outward and incoming calls history in my itemised bill statement.requesting yourself to provide the same for last three billing periods to my mail [protected]@yahoo.com

Im vinothkumar...my mobile number hasn't received any otp number till now any transactions.so please resolve it
