I have an airtel prepaid connection. I am unable to port my number [protected] from airtel.
After sending port out sms to 1900, got a sms
"UPC cannot be generated for the reasons:(1) There are subsisting contractual obligations with your service provider. Please contact your service provider for further assistance."
Airtel is doing this purposely with its customers to stop them from porting out. Please take severe action and resolve my problem as soon as possible.
