This is regards to the bill of the month of March for Airtel mobile services.
When I received Bill of rupees of 1845.57 rs, I was surprised since I am using postpaid services for more than 4 years, so I know my usage very well.
I tried reaching customer care number, however I was unable to get satisfactory answer.
I visited the Airtel gallery @Madhu milan, S.V.Road, borivali (west), there I also I did not get satisfactory answer.
In fact executive over there was also surprised to see the charges, he also said it seems fishy so I should write an email.
Since my bill exceeded the credit limit, my outgoing services stopped.
Without getting justified answer how come Airtel stopped my services.
When I visited the the Airtel gallery, executive informed me that he will activate my outgoing services for 72 hours under which I have pay the bill or my services will get disconnected after 72 hours, to which I confirmed him to start the services.
Services started in few hours on saturday ( 16/04/2016) and got disconnected on next day morning (17/04/2016), which should not happen until 72 hours (as promised by Airtel executive).
I have been using Airtel from last few months and getting such kind of services.
I was using Vodafone and never faced such issues.
I have sent an email to Airtel customer services.
Request to please look into this matter.
