My airtel wallet debit transaction is blocked since 20 august. i contacted their customer care and they asked me to send self attested scanned copies of pan aadhar (which are already linked to the wallet) and bank statements but were never ready to give reason behind this action. now i have send them the required details but my wallet is still blocked. they are not replying to my mails and their customer care is not connecting to the representatives. the following is their last reply

We regret for the inconvenience caused to you.
Your transactions have been temporary stopped under validation process.
We would like to inform you that as we have checked the account it is wallet account and details were entered by you at the time of activation. We understand the trouble, however, without valid documents we are unable to remove debit freeze from your account.
We request you please share the self attested ( duly signed by you) scanned documents of POI ( proof of identity Aadhar card details and PAN details) and POA ( proof of address) along with the proof of bank statement (duly sign by you ) with your name and bank name of latest cash load transaction, in order to resolve your concern at earliest.
