Airtel — Airtel not providing feasibility and airtel person talking very harsh

hi sir.. i have requested for new broadband connection and they are cheating me past 3 months telling that they will provide me the connection and the airtel person is talking very harsh to me and saying that he is the only person who can provide connection in area and if i complaint he will not provide me connection.. please help me to get new connection and take action on the airtel person. contact me regarding this issue is this number [protected]
