Hi
I using my airtel app for recharge purpose.
I have recharged my airtel 3g dongle on 8th september 2016 for rs.1497 (Airtel's new recharge plan for 12 months validity period for data). Rs.1497 debited from my bank account, but recharge is failed. After 1 minute rs, 1497 credited from airtel. (This time no problem)
After 20 to 30 minutes, i have tried to again recharge same amount rs. 1497. This time also rs.1497 debited from my bank account, but recharge is failed. Till now that amount rs.1497 not yet credited to my bank account.
I complaint to airtel presence over twitter, email and customer care. But they said to me every time, "please be assured we have escalated your highlighted issue to our concerned team."
Customer care ref. No is conrc[protected] & cbnrd[protected].
Why is my refund pending so long?
I am extremely disappointed with airtel support.
