Airtel — Airtel Online recharge failed but amount to be refunded

I have recharged my Airtel mobile number with 201 rupees and money got deducted from my bank account but three charges failed I haven't got any refund from Airtel. the proof that my recharge is failed is attached... and Transaction ID number from the Airtel is[protected]
