Airtel — airtel online store : product not delivered

I have ordered an samsung s9+ 64gb on june 11 (Order no:10037344 they never dispatched the phone till now. Now i can see the airtel courier company is not delivering it to me. No one at airtel knows where is phone. I have no customer care number of the courier company. Or the contact details of the courier boy. Its been nearly two weeks. I dont know what to do. I have no other option.
